On Artificial Intelligence in medicine at the “Science for Society” Congress
On June 3-5 2023, the ‘Science for Society’ Congress will be held at the Warsaw University of Technology and the World Hearing Center of the Institute of Physiology and Pathology of Hearing. Cezary Mazurek Ph.D., Director of the Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Center will actively participate in the panel on “Artificial Intelligence in medicine”.

The congress is organised in cooperation with the General Council of Research Institutes, the Warsaw University of Technology, the Łukasiewicz Research Network, the Institute of Physiology and Pathology of Hearing and the Educational Research Institute. Scientists from the institutes of the Polish Academy of Sciences and university centers have announced their participation in the event.

The aim of the Congress is to present the achievements of Polish scientific units and educational centers, which have a significant impact on the development of modern society in our country.

Substantive debates will be accompanied by exhibitions of scientific units illustrating contemporary achievements of science and a health town, where various medical services, healthcare solutions and implementations will be presented.

On the first day of the Congress, on June 3 at 10.00 a.m., a panel on “Artificial Intelligence in medicine” will be held, during which Cezary Mazurek, Ph.D., will give a presentation on “Supporting the diagnosis of glaucoma with artificial intelligence methods”.
