The European Digital Innovation Hub HPC4Poland, led by the Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Center, has received the BDVA i-Space Gold Award.

Ambisonic radio dramas for blind and visually impaired children, created in cooperation between the Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Center and the Special School and Educational Center for Blind Children in Owińska, Radio Meteor and the Radio Dramas Festival, were awarded the European Citizen’s Prize 2023.

The eDWIN consultancy platform has been awarded the Poznan International Fair Group Gold Medal.

The eDWIN project received the Polish Intelligent Development Award in the category “Innovative Digitization and Data Sharing”.

The PELOSHA (Personalized Services For Supporting Healthy Aging) project, implemented by a consortium led by PSNC, received the “Quality of Life” award from the Swiss Dalle Molle Foundation for Quality of Life.

PRACE-LAB was awarded in the category “Most Innovative Project 2021”.

Bartłomiej Idzikowski receives the Medal of Honor from the Vietsch Foundation.

Award in the “Local Government of Equal Opportunities” competition for the WINS Social Innovation Incubator.

5th Crystal Brussels Award for the ICHB PAN PSNC for 2016-2020.

Prof. Jan Węglarz was awarded the Scientific Prize of the Chairman of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

Professor Jan Węglarz received the Commander’s Cross with the Star of the Order of Polonia Restituta. The award was given by the President of the Republic of Poland Mr. Andrzej Duda during the joining of the senate on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Poznan University of Technology (22.05.2019).

Maciej Stroiński, Ph.D. received the Knight’s Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta. The medal was awarded in the Presidential Palace by the Presidential Secretary of State in the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland, Minister Andrzej Dera (19.12.2019).
2nd place for the CYBELE project in the competition for ‘The most interesting project implemented under EU funds / KSOW during the 4th Knowledge and Innovation Forum (13-14.11.2019).

Second place for the eDWIN project in the competition for “The most interesting IT solution for agriculture” during the 4th Knowledge and Innovation Forum (13-14.11.2019).

During the opening session of the 29th EURO (The Association of European Operational Research Societies) conference in 2018, held in Valencia, Spain, Director of PSNC prof. Jan Węglarz received the EURO Distinguished Service Medal Award.

Maciej Stroiński Ph.D. was awarded the Marek Car Award at the XXIII Forum of Computer Science (2017) for outstanding achievements in creating conditions for the development of information society in Poland.

PSNC became a laureate of the Smart City Competition in the Smart City Solution category for providing and operating an electronic information and service platform – Multimedia City Guide – for the city of Poznań.

The title of Honorary Citizen of the City of Poznań was awarded to prof. Jan Węglarz.

The PlatonTV portal became the finalist of the Science Popularizer competition organized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education and the Polish Press Agency.

Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Center together with ALMA S.A. company from Poznan received a distinction in the Competition for the Marshal of the Wielkopolska Region Award “i-Wielkopolska – Innovative for Wielkopolska” in the category “Innovative Invention”.

The “new @ poland” award granted by the Association of Digital Technology Employers Lewiatan for the project “Technological Platform epodreczniki.pl” in 2014.

During the “EUREKA Innovation Event” conference in Basel (November 19-20, 2014), the HIPERMED project, in which PSNC managed the implementation of the medical consultancy scenario and supervised all research and development, won the first prize as part of the “EUREKA Innovation Award 2014”.

HIPERMED project was awarded Celtic Excellence in Silver.

PSNC obtained a grant from the National Science Center entitled “Energy-saving models and algorithms for future generation computer systems and networks” for prof. Jan Węglarz.

Title awarded as part of the Oracle Partner Network program, confirming the achievements and experience in developing Java technology applications.

Award for services of the Poznań City Hall implemented by PSNC.

PSNC honored with a special distinction for the Partners of the Interkl @ sa Program.

The award of Computerworld in the category “Public utility organizations”.

PSNC creates the Center of Excellence with Sun Microsystems.
