Events

The 1st European Live Surgery Broadcast, an interactive videoconferencing session presenting otolaryngological surgery live, will take place on December 2nd 2015. The event is organised by the European Laryngological Society (ELS), the Department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery of Poznan University of Medical Sciences (PUMS) and Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Center (PSNC).

The new headquarters of PSNC named Polish Optical Internet Research Center (CBPIO) was officially opened 22/23 September 2015 in Poznan (Poland). The central point of the second day of the event was the visit of the President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda. The president met with the Directorate and employees of PSNC during an occasional conference.

The OPTIME project was presented on 2015 Joint Conferences of the IEEE International Frequency Control Symposium & European Frequency and Time Forum (IFCS-EFTF) in Denver, Colorado, USA (12-16.04.2015).

In December 2014 Conference4me application will support five international conferences, among: Interactive Collaborative Learning and Engineering Pedagogy and 8th Singapore International Chemistry Conference.

In November 2014 Conference4me application will support five international conferences, among: SENSORS in Valencia, Humanoids 2014 in Madrid and SIMEC 2014 in Buraidah.

In October 2014 Conference4me application will support several international conferences, among: 12th European Fluid Machinery Congress in Edinburgh, 25th Fusion Energy Conference in Saint Petersburg and Biomedical Circuits and Systems Conference in Lausanne.

This workshop organized by the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education, Polish Agency for Enterprise Development and Poznań Supercomputing and Networking Center is dedicated to present funding opportunities of FI-PPP programme for innovative European SMEs, startups and web-entrepreneurs in the Future Internet landscape. It is being hosted in Poznań, Poland on 23rd October, 2014.

ICT Proposers’ Day 2014 will be held on 9-10 October 2014 in Florence, Italy. The event will focus on networking for ICT Work Programme 2015. All ICT components in the three pillars of H2020 will be addressed.

In August 2014 Conference4me application will support the 24th International Conference on Raman Spectroscopy, 21th European Conference on Artificial Intelligence and 70th Annual Congress of the International Institute of Public Finance Redesigning the Welfare State for Aging Societies.

In July 2014 Conference4me application will support 3rd International Conference on New Frontiers in Physics (ICNFP), 41st International Conference on Coordination Chemist oraz International Compressor Engineering Conference.

June, despite the fact that holidays are fast approaching, is an extremely busy month for Conference4me. This time the application developed in PSNC supportsas much as thirteen events.

In May participants of 7 events will use Mobile Conference Assistant.
