This Saturday, 8 July, we invite you to the PSNC Future Labs at Zwierzyniecka 20 in Poznań for the third edition of Neighbourhood Inspirations. The theme of this year’s meeting will focus on neighbourhood backyards. The event is organised in cooperation with the Faculty of Human Geography and Planning of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and the Old Zoo in Poznań.
We invite all neighbours of the Jeżyce district to take part in “Neighbourhood Inspirations”. Together we will think about what can be done to make our neighbourhoods friendlier and more attractive. The event will be an opportunity to discuss, exchange and implement ideas.
Among other things, the organisers have planned courtyard workshops and a walk through the courtyards of Jeżyce, including the courtyard at 20 Zwierzyniecka Street.

ISC’24: PSNC systems again in the IO500 ranking

The HPC data storage system at the Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Center has again been highly ranked in the prestigious IO500 competition held during the ISC High Performance 2024 conference. The system took 8th place in the '10 Node Production List' category, in which it was listed for the first time, and 14th place in the 'Production List' category, in which the PSNC system has been present since 2023.

During this year's ISC High Performance 2024, the largest HPC conference in Europe, which takes place from 13 to 16 May in Hamburg, Germany, the latest TOP500 list of the world's fastest supercomputers was announced. The list includes the fastest computing systems from the PRACE-LAB and PRACE-LAB2 projects. Two of them are systems from the Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Center.
