Enea Operator implements advanced proprietary tool to support investment planning process

DataSpace, a website for Europe’s cultural heritage, has been launched with the aim of stimulating interest in Europe’s cultural heritage and promoting digital culture as a public good. The site provides access to high quality data, with an emphasis on 3D, and encourages users to re-use and find new value in it.

DARIAH-PL with the support of the National Reconstruction Plan

Under the signed agreement, the project entitled “Digital Research Infrastructure for the Humanities and Arts DARIAH-PL” has been supported by the development plan under Investment: A2.4.1 Investments in Research Capacity Development of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. The project is being implemented as part of a multi-year plan to deepen cooperation in building digital infrastructure for the humanities and arts in Poland.

Award for the project “Simple language in the Poznań City Hall

ISC’24: PSNC systems again in the IO500 ranking

The HPC data storage system at the Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Center has again been highly ranked in the prestigious IO500 competition held during the ISC High Performance 2024 conference. The system took 8th place in the ’10 Node Production List’ category, in which it was listed for the first time, and 14th place in the ‘Production List’ category, in which the PSNC system has been present since 2023.

Polish HPC installations from PRACE-LAB and PRACE-LAB2 projects on the TOP500 list

During this year’s ISC High Performance 2024, the largest HPC conference in Europe, which takes place from 13 to 16 May in Hamburg, Germany, the latest TOP500 list of the world’s fastest supercomputers was announced. The list includes the fastest computing systems from the PRACE-LAB and PRACE-LAB2 projects. Two of them are systems from the Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Center.

AI4Youth and SUCCESS projects on the UNESCO list

AI4Youth and SUCCESS – two international educational initiatives involving the Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Center – have been included in the UNESCO-UNEVOC list of Innovative and Promising Practices in TVET. TVET is a centre for technical and vocational education and training designated by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation.
