EmpowerHer is an innovative program that aims to empower breast cancer survivors in recovery.
The main goal is to promote physical activity and social support, providing tools and strategies to improve participants’ quality of life.

Through a user-friendly mobile app, participants will have access to personalized exercise routines tailored to their needs and abilities.
Motivational strategies to help maintain commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
Educational materials with information and tips on managing physical and mental well-being.
EmpowerHer focuses on the multifaceted challenges faced by cancer survivors, taking into account physical, emotional and social barriers.
The program aims to improve overall well-being, promote active and healthy lifestyles, and reintegrate cancer survivors into their daily lives.
