The project National Data Warehouse. Universal Infrastructure for Storage and Sharing of Data and Efficient Processing of Large Volumes of Data in HPC, BigData and Artificial Intelligence Models (KMD4EOSC) is a project subsidized by the European Union.
The project is being carried out with the aim of developing and strengthening research and innovation capabilities and the use of advanced technologies.
The overarching goal of the project is to establish a national EOSC node, connected in a federated European environment to the European Commission’s EOSC EU Node and other national nodes of EU member states. It will provide a tool for posting raw data received from scientific or R&D grants from NCN (National Science Center), NCBR (National Center for Research and Development) and MNiSW.
The project will benefit the scientific and R&D community, including universities, institutes of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN), R&D units – National Research Institutes (PIB), units from the Lukasiewicz Research Network, the broader economy, including units particularly interested in new technologies and their use in the realization of their competitive advantage in the digital transformation, public administration and the public in terms of access to open data in a non-discriminatory and equal manner for all.
