The project will investigate, develop, test, and use state of the art data sharing technologies in the whole potato value chain from producer to consumer to implement data driven decision making and to increase transparency and sustainability at a European scale. Ultimately by realizing end to end data sharing on a European level the project wants to take an important step towards making the potato processing chain future proof for sustainability.
The project is implemented by a consortium of five partners from three countries, including AVR from Belgium as a coordinator, and Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Center, Agrifood Technology (EV ILVO), Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK) and Agristo as partners.
