Distributed laboratory of radio nodes is planned for implementation within the framework of the project. Project activities include procurement and construction of equipment, as well as creation of non-material valuables by three partners of consortium:
- PSNC IBCH PAS – leader of the project,
- Space Research Centre of Polish Academy of Sciences
- Military University of Technology
Main goal of the project is the development of geographically distributed infrastructure for analysis of GNSS and ADS-B systems radio signals, based on synchronised receiver stations located along the north-east border of Poland connected by the broadband fibre network. Collected data will undergo preliminary processing and analysis onsite and will be sent to the central data archive system. Data collected within the national borders will form the basis of development for analysis of disturbances and detection of threats, including algorithms based on the artificial intelligence and machine learning. The projected system will as well enable notifications about disturbances and its specifics to third parties.
The research infrastructure planned by the project will contribute to increased security level for wide spectrum of users of GNSS/ADS-B systems, as well as to the development of said systems by enabling experimental research and development using the deployed infrastructure and collected data.

- specialist areas, among others: all kinds of measurements using GNSS, precise farming, aeronautics (commercial and hobbyist), railways, logistics in its wide understanding, drones, special services, army, energy, as well as other disciplines using GNSS signals,
- technology enterprises, SMEs,
- research-performing organisations as well as universities and other higher education institutions.
